ChocoSol Traders are leaders in the Canadian Craft Chocolate industry and they are focused on the ecological regeneration of supply chains both with cacao producers and in Canada.

ChocoSol produces exclusively bean-to-bar chocolate that rely on clean ingredients and direct trading relationships. Their products are free of nuts, dairy, soy, gluten additives and preservatives.

Dicitte Chocolate

Chocolat Dicitte from Monreal makes chocolate that celebrates both the work of cocoa farmers and workers, and artisanal production. In concrete terms, this means first sourcing beans grown with respect for the environment and workers. And secondly, using these beans to produce delicious and unique chocolate that expresses the specific characteristics and charms of each batch of beans and their terroir.

Duran Cacao

Duran Cacao is a family-owned Ecuadorian company with over 30 years of expertise in producing exceptional fine-flavor cocoa products. They specialize in Ecuador's world-renowned "Cacao Arriba" and supply master chocolatiers throughout Belgium, Switzerland, and Germany. All their products are Fair Trade certified, with certified organic, non-GMO, and non-dairy options available.

Italo Vezzoli

Making traditional leavened cakes since 1920, its founder, Italo, with research and dedication, and building on strong roots, worked to push the boundaries of his baking with the ambition of bringing Panettone and Colomba into the new millennium.
It is thanks to his sons Cristiano and Nicolò that the brand expanded its horizons, collecting awards and garnering high praise and repeat customers both in Italy and abroad for their light and buttery creations.

Panettorino

Owner Marco can often be seen on social media asking "Let's see what's inside?" which has become his hilarious anthem as he highlights his delicious breads, panini, croissants and decadent pastries.

The Organic House

Deliciously good chocolate, and award winning too – International and World Chocolate Award winner 2023/2024 and Academy of Chocolate Award winner 2024.

The Organic House specializes in handcrafted bean to bar chocolates and confections that are non-GMO, Vegan, Dairy and Gluten Free, Clean Eating, Refined Sugar Free, Ethically Sourced/Direct Trade and Traceable. All of their cacao beans are directly traded and traceable back to the farms they come from.

Whim Chocolate

Whim Chocolate started on a whim in Vinisce, Croatia. Inge’s best friend, Michelle, gave her some chocolate from Switzerland and she was inspired to make her own, handmade, small batch, seasonal, artisan chocolate bark using only the finest ingredients.
Whim recently relocated from Boston to Halifax where they’ve opened two new shops called Frabjous Delights Specialty Foods. Please stop by to sample some of their scrumpdiddlyumptious chocolate! They can’t wait to see you!

Cacaitos works directly with Colombian farmers to cultivate fine cacao pointed towards specialty chocolate products. The relationships that Cacaitos has formed directly with Regional Colombian cacao farmers means they grow ethically under sustainable and good agricultural practices.

Cacaitos has also created its own two-ingredient chocolate bar, currently being sold directly through ecommerce. They are “real chocolate bars,” having over 70% cacao, they hold exquisite flavor and are considered a superfood.
