Antidote Chocolate

Antidote uses world class Nacional Complex cacao beans from the south and west of Ecuador. The cacao chosen is what they believe to be the best of Ecuador. Antidote works mostly with farm cooperatives, but also with individual farms who share a commitment to excellence.

Their dark chocolate bars maximize the potency of anti-oxidants and flavonoids to create a nutrient-rich Antidote. For their Raw 100% bars Antidote has a proprietary process in place – from tree to fermentation to bar in a controlled environment – to maximize the potency of antioxidants, flavonoids and holistic nutrients.
